Nutrition during body cleansing

Natural nutrition should be varied.

 

Foods are arranged in descending order of preference and biological value. If you follow this rating, you can give your body a good quality cleansing.

 

-Flower pollen 1 teaspoon 2 times a day on an empty stomach (before meals).

– Herbal tea with honey. As a base you can use linden, currant, rosehip, spikenard, veronicum, thyme, oregano, chamomile, mint, nettle, and Ivan-chai.

 

        Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices:

o        carrots 70%, beets 30%

o        carrots 50%, pumpkin 50%

o        Carrots 40%, pumpkin 20%, beets 20%, celery root 20%

o        apple 50%, carrots 30%, pumpkin 20%

        Fresh fruit (not mixing families) 30-40 minutes before a meal

        Dried fruits

        Greens

        Vegetable salads

        Germinated wheat

        Pumpkin seeds

        Nuts

        Sour milk products

        Grains

        Beans, soybeans, beans, peas

        Seafood

        Quail eggs

        Mushrooms

        Fish

        Bird

        Meat

It is best if a person, based on this list and what he likes, forms his own menu. A person gets so much accustomed to a certain food that it often becomes impossible for him to give it up. The more natural foods you eat, the better your health. You are given a wide variety of choices. By choosing these foods and following a fasting program, you will maintain excellent physical condition for life.
