Dietary rules for cleansing the body

Foods should be live (natural) and healthy(see food ratings).

Try to consume fruits and vegetables grown without the use of pesticides. Cook vegetables with as little water as possible, if possible at a relatively low temperature, keeping them on the fire as little as possible. Eat young grains from spikelets as they are high in protein, all B vitamins, vitamin E, minerals and trace elements. The introduction of germinated wheat into the diet has a healing and rejuvenating effect on the body, as it contains a number of vitamins and various enzymes that stimulate the vital activity of the body, optimizing metabolism, strengthening the nervous system. Sprouted wheat is used to restore vitality, for faster recovery from the state of malaise after an illness, to strengthen the respiratory system (and especially the lungs), to strengthen the teeth, to improve the condition of hair and restore their natural color. Method of preparation of germinated wheat porridge:

22-24 hours before cooking porridge or kisel, wheat grain at the rate of 50-100 g per person is thoroughly washed with cold water. In this case, debris and weeds as lighter components float and are removed with water. Water to washed wheat is left in such quantity that it was at the level of the upper layer of grain, but did not cover it from above. The vessel with wheat is put in a warm place and covered with a not very thick cloth or paper napkin. After the expiration of the specified time germinated wheat grain (judged by the presence of sprouts up to 1 mm long) several times washed with cold water, and then put through a meat grinder or grind on an electric mill, and immediately pour into a vessel with just boiled milk, or in its absence – boiling water. Approximate proportion of 1:1 or other, depending on the desired concentration. In porridge or kissel add sugar (better honey) to taste, and butter is added 1 tsp. per portion of wheat in 50-100 g. Boiling porridge is inadmissible. It should only be cooled to the desired temperature in a vessel covered with a lid, and then immediately consumed. Porridge may only be brewed in enameled, ceramic or glass containers.

Try to replace meat with fish

It is advisable to consume pure filtered water, ideallymeltedwater

An obligatory condition in preparation for fasting is the consumption of fiber, it is consumed during the entire period of preparation.

The fiber that cleanses (it would be more correct to say “feeds” and “restores”) the intestines is, first of all, bran and oilcakes. Bran is a unique thing, and it is hard not to marvel at it. With the help of bran you can not only clean the intestines, but also lose excess weight practically without doing anything else, without any sports, diets, bathing procedures. In general, bran (wheat, rye, soy) is a by-product of flour milling. Bran consists of grain shells and unsorted flour. Every grain miller knows that when grinding grain, one fifth of it is turned into bran, which is considered as a kind of waste. And only recently it has been realized that bran is a valuable nutritious raw material. But, nevertheless, our country has not yet fully realized the amazing value of this product, so most of our bran goes abroad: through Ukraine to Turkey, Israel, Libya, Lebanon and so on. The main value that bran has is dietary fiber – a non-degradable insoluble hard and coarse carbohydrate. Dietary fiber contained in bran is a nutritious environment for normal intestinal microflora, so bran is used in the complex treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis. In addition, intestinal bacteria, eating fiber, release essential B vitamins. Swelling under the action of water, dietary fiber forms a large volume of fecal masses – more friable, which facilitates emptying of the intestine and gets rid of constipation.

Regular consumption of bran can get rid of habitual constipation and prevent its occurrence in the future, after discontinuation of bran intake (restoration of the normal reflex of bowel emptying). It is fiber, which is up to 30-40% of the volume of bran, is used in the fight against excess weight: food with a large amount of fiber is absorbed more slowly and gives a feeling of satiety for a longer time. In addition, intestinal peristalsis is increased, which reduces the absorption of nutrients and therefore the caloric content of the food eaten. Included in the bran dietary fiber binds cholesterol, so bran can be used to prevent atherosclerosis. Bran has been found to have a positive effect in diabetes, as they reduce blood sugar levels. Protein-starch mucus promotes the excretion of toxins. Bran particles, due to their content of various fibers, are a universal biological substance that binds heavy metal ions, radionuclides, harmful decay products of food substances.

The effect of bran is provided by its stimulating effect on the general motility of the digestive tract (mechanical stimulation). As a food additive bran is effective in liver, gallbladder, pancreas, chronicdiseases of the stomach and intestines– gastritis, gastroduodenitis enterocolitis during remission and subsiding of the acute inflammatory process (when expanding the diet). Therefore, the reception of bran is indicated in dysbacteriosis, constipation, for the prevention of cancer of the colon, obesity, diabetes mellitus, as well as recommended for food intake for all people interested in good nutrition.

Modern scientific data say that the lack of vegetable fiber in our diet is associated with diseases such as diverticulosis, hemorrhoids, chronic colitis. In addition, bran contains up to 15% protein, as well as potassium, magnesium and other trace elements. Potassium plays an important role in ensuring the normal activity of the cardiovascular system, in the removal of fluid from the body. Magnesium has a vasodilating property, which is why products containing it are included in the diet in hypertension.

Contraindications:bran is not recommended for use during exacerbations of gastritis, peptic ulcer, colitis and enteritis of infectious etiology. As the inflammatory process subsides, you can resume taking bran, starting with small doses. Usually bran is used finely ground, in the form of flour. For 15-20 minutes before each meal, ie usually it is 3 times a day. Take 2 tbsp (10 g) of such ground bran and eat it, drinking water. Bran must necessarily drink water (1-2 glasses), otherwise the whole meaning of their use is negated. The daily dose of bran – no more than 30 g.

Avoid the following foods:

Refined sugar, – it supplies the body with nothing but carbohydrates. Excessive amounts of it are a major factor in the development of dental disease and loss of cravings for natural foods. Use honey, but carefully.

White flour, it does not contain those elements essential to life which are in the grain, only a few of them are preserved in flour, those substances which are added to it as whitening and preserving against spoilage are harmful.

The use of products such as bread, confectionery, ice cream, cheese and cold meat dishes that use chemical additives to preserve them. Often synthetic additives are added to them for preservation, color and flavor.

Poultry and meat from animals fed hormones that stimulate their growth and weight.

        Animal fats and oils.

Boiled or processed milk, processed cheese, processed cheese, processed cheese and chocolate.

Most food products today have been subjected to various processing or refining processes that have resulted in the loss of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, and some contain dangerous chemical impurities.

Studies, searches and experiments lead some nutritionists, doctors and dieticians to the conclusion that such food is the main cause of ill health. The huge increase in degenerative diseases over the past 50 years supports these conclusions. Scientific research has also shown that many of these diseases can be prevented; others that have already begun can be halted and in some cases even brought back to normal by natural lifestyle and nutrition.

Good health can be achieved by anyone who is willing to fight for it with reason.
