Endometriosis

Endometriosisis one of the most common diseases in which cells characteristic of the inner (mucous) layer of the uterus appear in the wall of the uterus and other internal organs.

The incidence of endometriosis is increasing from year to year. In addition, there is currently a rejuvenation of the disease. Thus, if earlier endometriosis was mainly affecting women after 35 years of age, now it is increasingly common in young girls of 20 years of age.

Causes of endometriosis.

Every month the endometrium should leave the uterus together with the menstrual discharge. But sometimes during menstruation, the separated part of the endometrium goes not in the direction assigned to it by nature – towards the vagina and into the environment, but into the fallopian tubes, into the ovaries, and sometimes even into other, distant organs – into the lungs, for example, or into the perineal or perineal space. The disease manifests itself 2-3 days before the onset of menses – a feeling of cramps, often pain, recoiling in the perineum, rectum, abundant blood discharge. Often endometriosis for a long time practically does not manifest itself, and a woman learns about it only when visiting a gynecologist, the reason for visiting which is a long absence of desired pregnancy (infertility– the most common manifestation of the disease). What is the cause of endometriosis? There are more than 40 hypotheses of the origin of this disease, but none of them has not received 100 percent support from scientists and doctors. It is only known that many more often than other women fall ill those who use intrauterine contraceptives (spirals, for example). Those who have undergone gynecological operations – abortions, diagnostic scrapings of the uterine cavity, coagulation of cervical erosions, etc. Moreover, any operations on the abdominal cavity (appendectomy, for example), pelvic organs (say, removal of bladder stone) can lead to endometriosis. Of course, the disease can lead to neurohormonal disorders (diseases of the pituitary gland, other hormone-producing organs), deterioration of the immune system (as a result of exposure to, say, unfavorable factors – toxic character, radioactive exposure, exposure to microwave fields, etc.). Some scientists believe that there is also a genetic predisposition.

The main therapeutic factor in this pathology is:

Management of side effects of contraception and consequences of surgical intervention

There is a restoration of the hormonal background and elimination ofovarian dysfunction.

In endometriosis, first of all, pathological endometrial mucous cells appear, which can spread throughout the body. But any mucous formation is, first of all, pathologic fluid. In the absence of food and water, when going through dry fasting in the body are created such harsh conditions in which it can not allow the presence of pathological fluids. There is a complete renewal of the internal mucous layer of the uterus. The decisive role in the treatment of this pathology is played by stimulation of the following mechanisms:anti-inflammatory,immunostimulating,antitumor.
