Bronchopulmonary diseases (bronchial asthma)

Why istherapeutic fastingeffective in the treatment of bronchopulmonary pathology?

An asthmatic attack is a toxic storm that occurs when the excretory mechanism is no longer adequate for the burden placed on it.

The liver is one of the problem organs in bronchial asthma patients. When we putleecheson the liver area before fasting, I have never seen good quality blood. All the patients who have had theirliver cleanedbefore fasting are always amazed at what comes out of them during the cleanse. Starvation is very effective in cleansing your main filter. Blood during fasting is cleansed from everything unnecessary, and blood plasma becomes transparent as a glass, everything comes into harmony, including clotting factors. Therapeutic fasting in this respect purifies the blood more perfectly than any hemosorption or hemodialysis.

One of the main pathological mechanisms in bronchial asthma is bronchial swelling as a result of allergic inflammation; in the absence of water, bronchial swelling and inflammation disappear on the third day of dry fasting. The function of the adrenal cortex, which secretes a hormone (cortisol), then gradually normalizes. By about the 5th day of dry fasting, the increased function of the adrenal cortex reaches its highest point. Three times the normal amount of glucocorticoids flooding the bloodstream has a stronganti-inflammatoryeffect, suppressing all the inflammatory foci present in the body. After all, we know that glucocorticoid hormones are the body’s strongest anti-inflammatory agent. In the action of free forms of glucocorticoids lies another powerful therapeutic mechanism of fasting action on inflammatory diseases. During starvation the glands of internal secretion are even somewhat hypertrophied. The parathyroid gland, which is responsible for immunity (thymus), reaches the greatest increase in volume during dosed fasting. During dry fasting the last foci of viral and microbial foci of infection are destroyed. All this creates a complex therapeutic effect in patients withbronchial asthma.

What are the negative effects of inhalers and why is it so difficult to help asthma patients if they have been taking hormone therapy for more than five years?

Allergic inflammation in the bronchopulmonary apparatus results in a complex of pathological reactions, always delaying exhalation. Due to this, respiratory acidosis develops in the blood, which restores and then intensifies the process of CO2 assimilation by the cells, i.e. even if it is only for a short time, a bronchial asthma attack occurs, but the defense mechanisms against the attack are still activated. Due to bronchospasm, allergic inflammatory mediators are neutralized. At the height of the attack, no allergy mediators are actually found in the blood. At the same time, the bronchial asthma attack itself activates the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, which through their channels also eventually improve the effect of allergy neutralization. Such a complex effect, firstly, solves the issue of restoring the patency of the bronchial tree and then relieves the bronchial asthma attack sometimes without external intervention. Secondly, by its actions bronchospasm largely restores the general adaptive reactions of the body and neutralizes allergic inflammation. Thus, the defense effect against allergic inflammation continues long after the attack. That is why at the beginning of bronchial asthma, even with regular contact of allergens with the body, choking attacks are rare, 1-2 times a year. And if not actively treated with modern medicines, it is possible to suffer from asthma attacks, but live a long time.

It used to be so in the good old pre-war times for asthmatics, when patients practically did not die of this disease and lived to a ripe old age. But in the post-war years in the USA, England, and then in our country two variants of drug treatment were introduced. These are hormonal glucocorticoid therapy and treatment mainly in inhalers by means acting on nerve endings (adrenergic receptors of efferent cells). And as a result, there were many severe patients who were in danger of death. And then there were fatalities. Now it’s commonplace. It turned out that drugs, they are called sympathomimetics of direct action, through the nerve endings (cell membrane) quickly activate nucleotide cAMP and thus immediately stop bronchospasm. But these chemical compounds in the membranes with an enzyme (chemoreceptor) form an unwanted (non-standard) for the body protein, which from that moment on is gradually destroyed by its own immune system.

Thus, the receptor of a nerve cell weakened by the disease under the influence of a modern drug further aggravates its functional capabilities and then stops working altogether. In addition, the opposite effect often occurs, when this chemoreceptor is not activated, but on the contrary – blocked by intermediate decay products of chemopreparations. Receptors quickly, within 2-3 years or even sooner, fail. Already in the early stages of asthma development, patients are forced to breathe these or similar drugs more and more often and in increasing quantities, to take these drugs harmful to nerve endings – they become dependent on such drugs. Finally, there comes a period when the drugs act paradoxically – exacerbating bronchospasm. A life-threatening asthmatic condition develops in which death can occur if glucocorticoid hormones (adrenal cortex hormones), which can make these nerve endings function, are not taken. But at the same time, hormones introduced from outside the body destroy the final work of the immunogenetic apparatus, and an even greater vicious circle is created. At the same time, the body’s own hormonal system atrophies.

If at the beginning of bronchial asthma disease the disease can be cut off by various yogic techniques, acupuncture, segmental massage, treatment in mines, variants of conventional hardening, then when the patient becomes dependent on direct-acting sympathomimetics (inhalers) and hormones it is possible to break out of this vicious circle only by several courses of dosed fasting. And that is if the hormonal experience is not more than five years.
