Immunity boosting

In addition to therapeutic fasting, there are many simple folk methods to improve immune system function.

Immunity is the most accurate indicator of our health. Any malfunction of at least one organ is an “immune” malfunction. Any barely perceptible sore is a signal that a malfunction in the system has begun. It is already proven: the world’s best doctor lives in our body. He has a stock of wonderful “pills” that can cure any disease. To put it another way, our body is capable of self-healing. If it has a strong immune system. Weak immunity is the main cause of lost health. Basically, the only disease that actually exists is immune deficiency. We must remember that there is such a Law of Health: living in a state of stress, fear for many months or even years weakens the immune system more than lack of air, water, nutrition and movement.

Ways, means, techniques to strengthen immunity – a lot. It is impossible to follow them all. But the simplest rules can and should be observed.

Physical activity

This is the best remedy to boost immunity. Choose any available complex of exercises and do it constantly.

Nutrition

  • Eat little and on time
  • Chew food thoroughly (up to 35 times)
  • To be able to combine products
  • One protein in one sitting
  • Eat as little starchy food as possible
  • Do not eat protein and carbohydrates at the same time
  • Consume all cooked foods with raw foods, which should be 3 times as much
  • Eat fruit raw before eating, chewing it thoroughly
  • Combine vegetables with all foods, in any form
  • Buy yourself a jar of natural honey or/and flower pollen and put it on your desk. And before you start eating your breakfast, eat a couple teaspoons of honey or a spoonful of pollen on an empty stomach. This is in most cases better than any multivitamins, because honey and pollen contain a lot of useful things, and these useful things are assimilated almost completely by our bodies. I have both honey and pollen. I eat either or both almost every day. Doctors and nutritionists recommend eating honey and pollen on an empty stomach, and drinking up to 2.5-3 liters of good quality water daily;

  • Eat nuts
  • As long as you live – “drink” oats. Wash oats, dry them, grind them. Pour into a thermos 2 tablespoons of ground oats and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water. Preserve 3-4 hours. Drink during the day.
  • It is necessary to accustom yourself to drink up to 4 glasses of water daily with apple cider vinegar and honey (1 tsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp. honey per glass of water).
  • Liver and fish should be on the table 1-2 times a week.
  • Fish oil normalizes metabolic processes and is the best prevention of atherosclerosis and immunity decline. It should be taken at least in the cold season, a dessert spoonful a day, to avoid getting fat.
  • Include in your menu as much fresh herbs as possible: parsley, dill, celery roots and leaves.
  • Fennel seed tea, which is sold in pharmacies, is very useful.
  • Regular use of pumpkin, zucchini and patissons has a wonderful effect. They are good in all forms: vegetable stew, zucchini fritters, millet porridge with pumpkin.
  • Mustard and horseradish have an antitussive and expectorant effect, remove mucus from the respiratory tract.
  • It is very useful to consume in ground form, on an empty stomach – ginger root.
  • Sweet peppers help the immune system fight colds, asthma, bronchitis, and respiratory illnesses.
  • Carrots are strong anti-infectious antioxidants.
  • Cranberries have strong antiviral and antibacterial effects.
  • Onions and garlic are powerful anti-inflammatory and antiviral agents. Indispensable in the treatment of asthma, chronic bronchitis, infection.
  • Plum is an antiviral and laxative.
  • Sour milk products increase the activity of killer cells that kill viruses. A daily cup of kefir reduces cold symptoms.
  • Sour vegetables and fruits are very useful. The famous healer B.Bolotov says: “The question of souring plants is the main question of healthy lifestyle and longevity of a person”.
  • As little as possible to eat poorly digestible heavy food: fatty meat, smoked meat, canned food, sausages, sausages, processed meat, all kinds of fast food like “fast food”. If possible, you should avoid spicy and highly peppered dishes, canned hot sauces and spices.
  • Snack on bananas or small amounts of dates, figs, apricots several times throughout the day.
  • Quail eggs will help to increase immunity. During the treatment period, they should be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach at once at least 7-8 pieces. Suitable and chicken eggs in the amount of 2 pieces, but then it is better to drink only proteins.
  • It is enough to eat one tablespoon of honey at night. You can drink it with warm water, but in no case with cold water – strong cutting pains in the abdomen may occur.
  • For 3 weeks (especially in the “premonition” of the disease) to drink any fresh juices of red color: beet, cherry, strawberry, grape, pomegranate, cranberry. In the first week, take 1/2 cup 3 times a day, in the second – 2 times, in the third – 1 time between meals. After 10 days, the course can be repeated.
  • All orange and red fruits and vegetables are excellent immunomodulators.

Hardening

  • One of the best means of exercising the immune and vascular systems. There are many ways of hardening. But the simplest ones will help.
  • A daily contrast shower.
  • Every day before going to bed, dip your feet alternately in 2 basins – with hot and cold water.

At the first signs of colds, if there is no possibility of fasting:

  • In case of a sore throat, runny nose you should immediately take 1 g of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) after breakfast. In the next 2 days, repeat the intake.
  • Grate garlic on a fine grater and inhale its smell 2 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
  • Grated garlic mixed with honey (preferably lime) in a ratio of 1:1 and take before bedtime 1 tbsp., drinking warm water. This remedy is good for flu.
  • Grate an onion on a fine grater, pour 0.5 liters of boiling milk (but do not boil), infuse and put in a warm place to sour. Drink half of the warm infusion at night and the rest in the morning (also warm).
  • Brew 2 tbsp. dry (or 100 g fresh) raspberries with a glass of boiling water. Stay 10-15 minutes, add 1 tbsp. honey, stir and drink the infusion in a warm form before bedtime.
  • Fresh aloe juice should be injected into the nose with 5 drops every 2-3 hours for 2-3 days.
  • Mix 0.5 liters of slightly heated raw milk with fresh chicken eggs, add 1 tsp. honey and the same amount of butter, mix thoroughly. Drink at night, by morning usually pass cough and runny nose.

How do you beat stress?

Have you wondered what hypertension, stroke, heart attacks, anxiety, obesity, headaches are? These are diseases under one encrypted code – STRESS. But what’s curious: short-term stress gives us strength, while long-term stress takes it away. Constant stress reduces immunity, contributes to the emergence of bad habits. We know the situation when stress is “drowned” in wine. It is impossible to prevent stress, but you can change your attitude to it. Do not run away from the problem, and look for ways to solve it. Only you yourself can solve it. Ask yourself three magical questions. Why does life teach you such a lesson and what can be learned from this situation? What will happen if I act this way in this situation? What is the way it should be? These questions will help you find the fears that trigger stress. Having a life purpose will make your life more meaningful. From several goals, choose the main one. If you rely on your principles to achieve it, it will be easier for you to bear any troubles.

Try to be more sociable. Notice the feelings of others and encourage them. Keep in touch with your friends. Do not hesitate to ask them for help. Do not close yourself off to your problems. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. And you will see yourself as a winner of stresses. And your immunity will increase manifold….
