In our modern world, the problem of weight loss or slimming is now a concern for most of the world’s population. It is scientifically proven that weight loss is important not only from an aesthetic point of view. Weight loss (slimming) has a positive effect on blood circulation, the nervous system and the general condition of a person. Unfortunately, the problem of weight loss has become today a topic for speculation and fertile ground for fraudsters. From TV screens and newspapers every day you can hear about effective weight loss systems, weight loss complexes and other “progressive methods”. Experience shows that the methods of weight loss offered by amateurs are often ineffective. In addition, weight loss with the help of dubious drugs can cause damage to the body, sometimes unfortunately often irreparable.
Take for example such a popular cosmetic surgical procedure – liposuction.
This is the removal of fat deposits by surgical means. The huge disadvantages of the method are its cost and the risk of scarring at the incision sites. Moreover, any surgical intervention increases the risk of cancer “diseases” by 30%, but of course no one will tell you about it. Just comparing the notorious before and after photos, you can conclude that liposuction reduces the amount of fatty tissue, but its “remains” are also “excessive”. Naturally, for people intimidated by quacks from medicine, liposuction is somewhat of a solution. Naturally, once the cause of obesity has been determined, the need for such a “final solution” disappears by itself.
All we have to do is break down what liposuction does to the body. As you and I know, insulin produced by the B-cells of the pancreatic islets of Langerhans is used by three types of cells. These are muscle cells, fat cells, and liver cells. It is not hard to guess that fat cells as well as liver cells participate in the body’s metabolism in a rather specific way. Non-muscle cells that use insulin control hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia. That is, adipose tissue, its size and cellular composition is the result of the numerical value of insulin in the blood for a certain period of time the function of insulin content in the blood, expressed graphically, is a wave-shaped curve with minima and maxima. The more insulin in the blood over a period of time, the more adipose tissue and the less functional are the cells that make it up, which means the functionality of the adipose tissue cell. First of all, it is about the ability to bind free insulin to equalize its value in the blood composition, as well as supplying the body with nutrients when the blood glucose level drops. If you and I remove some of the fatty tissue surgically, the following will happen to the body. At a certain point in time after liposuction surgery, insulin levels in the blood will reach higher values. That is, until the moment of surgery, the cellular composition of muscle and adipose tissue was balanced relative to each other.
After surgery, all the cells in the adipose tissue will not be able to handle the processing of insulin. That in turn will cause a change in the cellular composition of the muscles under the influence of “excessive” insulin, which will appear in the blood not even because the body is in the mode of operation of the first postulate, but simply because of a change in the ratio of the amount of fat tissue and its functionality. In other words, the process that brought you to the surgeon’s table, after the operation will only intensify, will get an additional impetus. And also, it’s one of the pathways to diabetes. I don’t believe that’s what you really want! I mean going under the knife. To look beautiful and attractive I think is a natural desire, but you should choose the right path to take. It’s up to you. My goal is to explain to you the proposed methods of combating this “evil”. The most unpleasant thing is another circumstance. Any such operation eliminates the consequence, but not the cause of the disease. It spoils us, why do anything if some uncle “wizard” will do it for us. After it, we go back to our old habits and life. So we don’t change anything, and the cause remains. And the fatty tissue will start to grow in places where no surgery will help.
I will make a small addition to the practice of liposuction.
As the sources note, this method is “successfully used to remove lipomas – benign tumors from adipose tissue”. It is easy to guess that the so-called “benign tumors” in the developed adipose tissue are nothing but cells of the evolutionary pathway (cells of one type of tissue, but different functional capabilities). If you do not want to have such a “gift” in your body, do not create conditions for synthesis and division of such cells!
A diet that undermines health
Obese people are constantly on diets like this. This is, above all, a diet rich in proteins, a low-carbohydrate diet for pilots, consisting of eggs and tomatoes or chop cutlets and pineapples. Only fasting is the natural and scientifically proven way to keep a person at a normal weight.
After all, after two or three days of fasting you have no appetite, starting from the third day you are not drawn to food. But if people sit on special diets, which are usually low-calorie, they suffer and feel hunger much more. Many fat people lose five to eight pounds during the first seven to ten days of fasting. With the loss of this excess weight to them returns good health, energy and vigor. You can fast up to three times a week for 24 hours. One day to eat and the next day to fast. If a person has allowed themselves to gain excess weight during the days they have been eating, 24-hour fasting several times a week will quickly make them lose that weight. Starvation for weight loss has great results. The body quickly returns itself to its youthful state.

As a rule, most people are not bad about fasting – theoretically. Those who have fasted associate it with something heroic, which is accompanied by hunger pains and temptations, violation of health and efficiency. In general, with a remedy that is worse than a disease. Why else would there be so many sick and obese people around?
Our habit of eating all the time has led us to consider any break in eating as hunger. But it’s not starvation. Starvation is one of the oldest methods of treatment. You must always follow the logic so that you don’t miss the point when you have to go back to eating when starving yourself. If you are a strong-willed person, you will make fasting an important part of your life. Don’t let being overweight make you sick, old and weak. Fight against fullness, be the master of your body. Develop a program for yourself, but don’t try to get rid of fullness in one week. It will take a long time to get back to a normal weight. And you should be proud of yourself when you get back to normal, slim and slender. Everyone wants to look better, feel better. To do that, you have to work hard. Starvation, abstinence, proper diet – this is the payment for health.

Since during the therapeutic fasting metabolism is somewhat slowed down, a slightly reduced amount of food will be enough. Then eat as usual, and you will soon regain your weight. Before the fasting it was 65 kg, after the fast it decreased to 64, and after a few days of normal diet again restored to 65 kg. Now it is time to do the next fast. You again reduce your weight by a certain amount, and then gradually gain it back to your normal weight.
The point of this activity is that during fasting, your metabolism slows down. And each time you will need less and less food to regain your weight after fasting.
Your body will work more and more economically and you will live longer. Try to adjust your diet so that your normal weight is restored around the seventh to tenth day. You will then fast on a specific day of the week, for example. Sunday, Monday – whatever is more convenient for you (for a seven-day fast). The number of days, which you will abstain from food, choose yourself; from one to several days. It is noted that after 10 days of fasting a person starts to gain weight solely due to vegetable food.

In no case do not try to carry out prolonged hunger strikes out of habit! The fact is that in an untrained and unprepared body there can be a powerful flow of exo- and endotoxins, which threatens unpleasant complications. Even a hunger strike of 36 hours must be prepared.
Now you know that a slight feeling of hunger is not only not harmful, but also useful. When you have done systematic daily fasts, you can move on to the most effective weight loss techniques.
The most effective minimum duration of fasting necessary for obtaining a therapeutic effect, regardless of height, weight and age, in adult healthy patients, of course, occurs at longer periods. The first objective changes of internal parameters and well-being come only after 60 hours of abstinence from food (in the second half of the third day of fasting). Blood sugar level drops for several hours, which is accompanied by symptoms of hypoglycemia (tachycardia, tremor, weakness, bone pain and even fainting). By the evening of the third day of fasting, sugar levels return to normal and you feel better. It is generally believed that the body has now switched to a “ketogenic diet” and is restoring the sugar deficit at the expense of fat. If you interrupt fasting at this point, your weight and well-being will return to the original level quite quickly (in 3-4 days). If daily fasts are carried out only (2 times a month) they will not be able to create the total effect.
Thus, there is simply no reason to consider fasts shorter than 3 days therapeutically valuable. In addition, we often hear from patients about the appearance of characteristic shine of eyes on the 4th day, about “disappearance of cellulite” on the 5th day of fasting and (but not earlier) etc. Observations of patients, both overweight and with various chronic diseases allow us to conclude that a more stable effect of fasting is maintained for a month, if it lasted at least 4-5 days. The skin reacts very effectively to starvation. It becomes elastic, moisturized, wrinkles are smoothed out. Usually on the 5-6 day of fasting disappear signs of cellulite. And every day 1 kg of weight is lost.
After practicing daily fasting you can do twice a month, three-day wet fasting. It is necessary to know about unpleasant surprises of the second and third day of fasting – weakness and fainting.
Coming out of fasting
Those who have experience of fasting call the period of “recovery diet” the most difficult. It turns out that this is not the case. If the “feeling of hunger” is eliminated, the stomach remains perfectly healthy and it is easy and safe to come out of fasting.
What is the advantage of any type of fasting over other weight loss methods:

- A person can tolerate fasting much more easily, as there is no constant feeling of hunger
- When losing weight, there is no sagging or flabbiness of the skin and tissues, as this method is natural, and normalization of weight, its reduction is gradual, the skin “has time” to change its shape and amount
- Weight loss during fasting is accompanied by recovery of the organism and improvement of general well-being (free breathing, increased ease of movement, disappear constant fatigue, reduced feeling of overflow in the abdomen and symptoms of indigestion, lower blood pressure and general load on the heart).
- Starvation helps to combat eating habits. And that is perhaps its main merit
Here are uncomplicated tips for disruptive eaters, the fulfillment of which helps to achieve the common goal – to lose weight, to lose weight.
- To distract yourself from thoughts about food, try to engage in some interesting activity, read a book, go to the movies, take a walk in the fresh air. Remember, boredom is your enemy, that is, an ally of overeating and obesity.

- If you are very hungry and feel like you can’t make it until your next meal, drink a third of a glass of milk in slow sips.
- It is advisable to have a scale in the house to constantly monitor your body weight. This can be monitored by measuring your waist with a waist tape in the morning: one centimeter of waist is one kilogram of weight.
- Try not to visit confectionery departments and not to be in the company of sweet-toothed people. Remember: a piece of cake is in your mouth for 2 minutes, in your stomach for 2 hours, but it stays on your thighs as excess fat all your life.
- Be sure to exclude from food dishes and foods that increase appetite: spicy dishes, spices, smoked meats, etc.
- Be sure to hang a diagram of therapeutic chewing in your kitchen so that it is constantly in front of your eyes during meals.
- Ideally, it’s best not to eat after 6pm.
